The assessment–some of which was presented at the March 9th Community Workshop–includes traffic and transportation data, demographics, market analysis, and a review of previous plans and project engagement to date. Comments are included throughout as a sampling of input received, but these are not intended to represent all feedback! We appreciate and encourage you to continue sharing your ideas on the comment map.

The planning team is using this assessment and community input to draft a set of goals and objectives for the plan.

Yesterday, nearly 70 people came out to participate in the first community open house as part of the St. John Corridors Plan. We were pleased to see so many residents interested and engaged this early in the planning process!

The St. John Corridors Plan will officially kick off on Thursday, March 9th from 5 – 7PM with a Community Open House at Town Hall.

The planning process is just getting started, and we want to hear your ideas, concerns, and opportunities for three of our Town’s emerging corridors: 101st Ave, Calumet Ave, and 109th Ave.

Kids are welcome and light refreshments will be served. We hope to see you there!
